Could you perhaps tell us how you managed to get such a great effect on the cloak? Some of us are probably dying to kno, i sure am! Great picture!

If you mean the lighting, the brushes tab in Photoshop CS has a lot of options to adjust, I chose a textury brush and adjusted the scatter and flow, played with the blend modes a bit, and BOOM. I can't really give a step-by-step, you just have to play with the settings a bit.
