Hope and Courage
Round 2 gift for someone over at the Zelda Exchange. It was fun drawing headshot and full figure in one picture though doing the poses was quite challenging. As always larger version can be found at DA or my site.

Wow this is really good cyen! But Sheik looks manly though... Do you believe Sheik is a man?

Thank you very much! Haha, I don't know what Sheik is actually though I kinda like the OoT manga's explanation that Sheik is magically transformed Zelda. Male or female, it really doesn't matter to me, which is kinda funny considering many people feel so strongly about the gender issue one way or another. LOL. Anyway, the person whose request I was working on preferred male Sheik so I just went with it. The official arts give him/her a very muscular top, but I ended up toning that down in my own pic because it's too manly.

Good reasoning. WEll, considering your shiek is a MALE I say it is drawn very well a deserves 4/5 (i sorry, but i find his neck is a lil too short)

The neck is shorter than normal because I did that intentionally (foreshortening). Anyway, thanks for the rating.

Don't worry about it! I don't really care about ratings and stuff. As long as someone finds enjoyment seeing my pictures, then I'm happy.

I enjoy your pictures.... *stares at cyens picture and starts drooling* (why am i drooling? don't ask me i don't know)
And Cyen, next time I upload some pictures, will you look at them? They'll be sketches, but you know, i like to hear what I could do to improve them,
