That wasn't my point, ganondorf_evil, I'm just saying that the way he looks in this picture just reminds me of a face Goku would give off during a time of peace. And I think I also remember hearing that those things are goats. And I also read something saying that Link actually CAN ride these things.(IMO, they look kinda like Yakkows from Jak and Daxter)

Ricky's right it must be Hyrulian goat or something. Well at least theu stopped overusing the cows like they did in OoT,MM, TMC and started adding intersting animals

I would be very worried if t-h-a-t was a cow in TP, but I do like the cows from the zelda games! More cows and less tingle (hopefully no tingle at all)

Any older Zelda fan will learn that you need to expect Nintendo to take artistic license with the Zelda series. The first Zelda game was far different in storyline and concept than its subsequent sequels. Take the mere shift from Ocarina to Wind Waker, for example - this is a series that always takes artistic license, and comes out on top for it. Don't fret; I'm sure what they change will only serve to be more immersing.

Those "goats" don't look they'd pose much a threat if stampeding. I mean , would any one call for someone to heard stampeading bull elephants? Oh they would....?never mind then....

well the people think link is more of a sheppard they used cowboy because sounds cooler and they said that this is a brand new link and this game doesn't follow into any zelda games and that thing is a goat you can WWE smackdown them but they will charge at you but if you hit the A button at the right time you will stop it from charging.

I see the Triforce too. His face propably seems strange because he doesn't look grim and he doesn't have his hat. I'm glad you don't get stuck with those clothes, they look sooo dorky. Also he is a WRANGLER! I think the "cows" are blue, oversized mountain goats. Also it's nice that he smiles once and a while.

.Zelda., in the pic you were talking about, Link was on the ground when he got hit. Otherwise, the goat wouldn't be behind Epona, he'd have to have just hit Epona to knock Link off. Catch my drift?

Has anyone noticed how he doesn't have a piece of the triforce... U know...Power=top, Wisdom=left, and Courage=right. He only has the crest, but none of the triangles are glowing... This may mean he is destined to house the Triforce of Courage later on in the game

Well maybe its just me. But in Oot the triforce on his hand is only glowing when the 3 pieces were near each other... And that would explain why it is not glowing now?

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but didn't the Oracles Link have the same sort of crest on his hand (at least in teh manga) and it meant that he has a high destiny. So this guy is destined to do battle w/ Ganon(dorf) at some point. The Master Sword in the latest art is further evidence for such conjecture.

Yes, the Link in the Oracle games had a crest on the back of his hand. If that is supposed to be a goat, then I hate to see what a cow looks like

There should be. This game is a sequel to OoT (within the timeframe of a century), so how could all the cows disappear? Correct me if I'm wrong here, but I don't think they gave any artwerk of cows for OoT or MM. On a further note a spirit that had the same sort of horns as the goat showed up in the trailer. This might hint that these goats have a (maybe local) spiritual significance.

Speakin of ears... Has anyone else noticed (or given a rat's ass for that matter) that Link's ears are a little shorter than before? In OoT they were like speartips, but now they're not "straight". Nintendo might be researching ear prosthetics
