Kakariko, maybe? Considering practically all of these screen are on the way to the Fire Temple.

There must have been ANOTHER upheaval at Kakariko, as the valley is much narrower than in OoT. Or the town burned down permanently and they rebuilt the place over the graveyard.

It looks like a lost mining town, but that strange background looks almost 'alien' to me.
