ja, nintendo copyright is implied by the nature of the site. but ripping a windows background is kind of egregious. (maybe that's just my distaste of anything made by Windows though...)

no offence, but anyone can just take a pre-taken pic from a comp and slap a paint drawing on it... a bit more effort in the backround could get you a bit more credit
