No it's the goron from the latest trailer. Link fights him on a platform surrounded by lava.

I wonder... If the Gorons are the equivelant of fantasy dwarves in LoZ, then these guys must be longlived. What if this guy's Link of The Gorons?

I think the boss featured in the demo at E3 this year was actually a goron(maybe big goron) with a mind control device on that made him evil. You can watch the video at www.gamevideos.com

yeah, it is the one on that platform right? and When he land on it, the things that hold hte platform in the air breaks, and the platform land in some lava... and the way you kill him is when he is roll up in a ball, you then take the ball and throw it into the lava right?

probably the whole point of battling this guy is to remove the nuts and bolts to make him good again. I mean, the gorons always smiled and were always lighthearted.

krhm... Darunia didn't smile all the time. He was a bad-ass warrior. This guy must've had a similar position in goron society before...well, we'll see won't we.

hmm not so sure i like this new Goron, no wonder Link was fighting a Goron in that 1 trailer. but actually if u have seen the most recent T.P. trailer Link was fighting a similar monster as this 1, it looked like a giant rock thing and Link had to like throw it into the hot lava. so i think this is a Goron boss. But why in the world would Link be fighting a Goron, specially 1 as weird as this? dang I need this game...

Remember all the talk about the babboon in the forest temple? This guy is most likely a mind-controlled mini-boss (look at his eyes). Can't wait to see other such characters. Imagine: hyped up zoras os some s**t.

Haha your riight, wow i bet this Goron was sadly mind-controlled by the Twilight Realm or something. or Ganon. himself cuz Ganon. himself usually trys to stop our hero from progressing any further on his journy.

This belongs under "enemies". And Nintendo did hint at some corrupted characters. They also hinted at Zoras, so we'll be seeing them too.

I know that this games story comes after OOT but before WW because in OOT zora's domain was frozen but in this game you have to unfreeze it and save the zoras link is the man.

This time the Zoras' domain was frozen for a different reason than Ganondorf's magic.
